Terms of service
These terms apply when you use Shooter Hubbie. By creating an account or opening a gallery you agree to them. Questions: hello@shootershubbie.com.
Your account
Keep your password safe and your details accurate. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
Your content
Your photos, videos and gallery content stay yours. You give Shooter Hubbie permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run the service for you and the clients you share galleries with. You confirm you have the rights to share the content you add, including permission from people who appear in it where required.
Acceptable use
- Don't upload illegal content or content you don't have the right to share.
- Don't try to access other people's galleries, accounts or data, or disrupt the service.
- Don't use Shooter Hubbie to send spam or malware.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Plans and storage
The Starter plan is free. Paid plans and extra storage, when available, are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Files in your Google Drive are never affected by your plan.
Availability
We work to keep Shooter Hubbie running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". Keep your own copies of your photos: uploads to Shooter Hubbie Storage are not a replacement for your own backups.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Shooter Hubbie isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can stop using Shooter Hubbie and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell you about significant changes.
